Came with my niece around noon on a holiday off day from school. Was not too busy yet, so that was good.

Place was clean and pretty roomy. Looked like this place had less games than the Orland location.

Pretty much most games worked. I think only skee ball and the small claw machine didn't work.

Prizes are pretty limited at this location. I would think this location would have much more prizes, but nope. I think they only had like 2 candy options. Boo!

Fun place to go on a first date or to kill time before a movie. Staff is rude though.

Went on May 29 during the week and it wasn't that busy, which is what I liked. But at least 5 of the game machines we tried to use were malfunctioning or out of order after it ready took our coin balance. Uhhh...what's so hard about adding an out of order sign to certain machines?

We were credited back, no biggie.
Stayed and played around until closing at 11. I was having a good time and did not realize it was 11:07 when I went to the toy area to exchange for prizes. The prize host snatched our game cards and mumbled under her breath. I guess that's why the staff were rude because they were technically closed. But I heard no reminder that they would be closing in 29 mins, 10 mins, etc. The way you treat paying customers is what they remember most.

This place must be one of the worst Dave & Buster's I have ever been to. They removed the bar in the main area to make room for more games, which isn't a big deal, but you have to grab drinks from the bar up front. I included a picture of what the bar looked like last night for hours. Napkins and empty glasses/cups were littered everywhere... it was a mess. If this is how the staff treats the bar top and management allows this, I can't even imagine what the behind-the-scenes looks like.

Would not recommend this place to eat or drink.

We stopped into this Dave & Busters because we love playing arcade games and had a free day in Chicago. Plus we had a ton of tickets so we wanted to check out what we could get at this location that was different than our regular D & B.

We didn't eat here and ultimately didn't stay long because I couldn't really get past the super hot gaming floor and the distinct smell that came with it, sort of like old shoes. It was not the most pleasant of experiences.

That said, there was a large selection of games to play, and the staff at the place to cash in your tickets was nice. All and all, it was definitely a mediocre experience.

Such a fun place! For some reasons I have never been there and last week I realized that I should've checked it out long time ago! Lots of games to choose from and now all tickets are automatically uploaded to your card, eliminating unnecessary waste. I also liked an option to tap the card rather than inserting it, which makes your time spent in D&B more efficient! If you stop by for happy hour (I believe it is between 4pm and 6pm) you can get majority of the drinks somewhere between $3-$5. What a bargain! Although, place is a bit outdated and lots of spaces are not designed efficiently, it did not stopped from having a great time
